Situation in which you collaborated with friends.

During project's day last year, I worked with few of my friends in my class. One of them was hardworking but not up to many ideas, someone had many days for CCA and went for a holiday during the Mid-year holiday, and me as the leader, was in charge of most of the things. What my ability is, was a leader, in charge of things and organizing meetings, we had a tough time, making the project and organizing meetings. In the end, we passed prelims but failed Semi-Finals because of a member who nothing and a busy member, letting me and Ryan do most of the things. We did not co-operate well because of our busy schedules.
