My favourite book is "Village by the Sea" because I didn't read a lot of books and these is probably a book that left the deepest impression for me.
This book is about a group of village people wanting to rebel against civilized people for trying to build factories in their small village. But for others, they felt that that might be an opportunity for jobs for them and does not oppose it. There was a main character that went from the village to a cilivised place, in search of jobs to cure his mother and take care of his sibling because his father is jobless. And there, he met a lot of different people, in which one gave the care of a father to him.
